Frequently asked
- Is it really one-time?
- Yes. One payment, no renewal, no expiry. There is no subscription tier and we are not planning one - the whole product is a small utility that runs on your machine, so there is nothing recurring to fund.
- Do I get v3 updates?
- Every v3 update is included, for as long as v3 is maintained. If there is ever a paid v4, buying now does not entitle you to it, and we will say so plainly at the time rather than quietly re-charging you.
- Is there a free version?
- No. There is one version and it costs $39. Try it for 30 days instead - if it is not for you, write to support and we refund it in full, no reason needed. That is a better deal than a crippled free tier and it means there is only ever one thing to explain.
- Refunds?
- Ask within 30 days and you get your money back, no reasoning required. Email support@clickypanel.com from the address you bought with.
- How many machines?
- Three. Activating uses one, and it needs an internet connection; after that ClickyPanel works offline and only re-checks occasionally. If you replace a machine and run out, write to support@clickypanel.com and we will reset it.
- I bought ClickyPanel v2.
- Then v3 is free for you, claimed against your original purchase email. Claim your v2 upgrade.
