Terms of use
Buy it once, use it on your own machines, ask for a refund within 30 days if it is not for you.

1. Agreement
By installing or using ClickyPanel you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use the app. Contact: support@clickypanel.com.
2. Licence
A ClickyPanel licence is perpetual, non-exclusive and non-transferable, to use the app on computers you personally use, or - if you bought it for a business - on computers used by the person the licence was bought for. It covers all v3 updates for as long as v3 is maintained. It does not cover a future major version that is sold separately; if that ever happens it will be announced clearly, not billed quietly.
You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute your licence key. Sharing a key publicly may result in it being revoked.
3. Activation
ClickyPanel requires a licence key before it will fetch data. Activating a key needs an internet connection and uses one of the 3 activations included with your purchase. Afterwards the app re-checks the licence periodically and continues to work for 30 days if it cannot reach us, so a network or service outage does not interrupt your use of it.
There is no ClickyPanel account. Activation records only that a key was used on a computer; it is not a login and it does not transmit your analytics data.
4. Payment and refunds
ClickyPanel costs $39 once. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, and their terms apply to the transaction itself.
Request a refund within 30 days of purchase and it will be issued in full, without needing a reason. Write to support@clickypanel.comfrom the address you bought with. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
5. Third-party services
ClickyPanel reads data from analytics providers using credentials you supply. Your use of each provider stays governed by that provider's own terms and plan limits, including any API rate limits or paid-plan requirements. We are not responsible for a provider changing, restricting or withdrawing its API, and doing so is not grounds for a refund outside the 30-day window.
6. Beta software
ClickyPanel v3 is early software. Some providers are implemented but have not been run against a live account, and their status is stated on the site. Data shown in the app may be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and it must not be used as the sole basis for a business decision. Check your provider's own dashboard when the number matters.
7. No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of ClickyPanel is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
9. Support
Support is provided by email and through theissue tracker, on a best-effort basis. There is no guaranteed response time.
10. Changes
These terms may change. The updated date above changes with them, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it. A change will never retroactively convert a one-time purchase into a subscription.
