Connect Clicky

Add one site with its site key, or connect your Clicky account to list every site at once.

Clicky is the best-tested provider in ClickyPanel. There are two ways to connect, and which one you want depends on how many sites you have.

Option 1 - Site key (one site)

Clicky issues a site key per site, not per account, so this mode adds exactly one site.

  1. Sign in to Clicky and open Preferences → Site for the site you want.
  2. Copy the Site ID and the Site key.
  3. In ClickyPanel, choose Add site → Clicky → Site key.
  4. Enter the site ID, the site key, and the site’s domain.

The domain becomes the site’s name in ClickyPanel, because Clicky’s stats API never reports a hostname. The key is verified with a single live call before the site is added, so a typo is caught immediately rather than showing up as an empty card later.

Option 2 - Account login (every site)

If you have more than one site in Clicky, use this instead. ClickyPanel signs in to Clicky’s account API, lists every site on the account, and collects each site’s own key automatically.

  1. Choose Add site → Clicky → Account login.
  2. Enter your Clicky username and password.
  3. Pick the sites you want to add from the list it returns.

Your password and every site key it discovers are encrypted on your machine and never leave it except in calls to Clicky.

If you sign in to Clicky with Google

Clicky’s account API needs a password, and signing in with Google deactivates it. Account login will not work for you. Use the site key option above instead - it does not need a password.

Credential Site ID + site key, or account username + password
History 31 days on the free plan, 366 days on Pro

Limits worth knowing

  • 31-day history on free plans. The 7-day view works everywhere; a 30-day chart needs Pro.
  • One request at a time per site. Clicky allows a single simultaneous request per IP per site ID, so ClickyPanel fetches one site’s ranges in sequence. Different sites still refresh in parallel, up to four at a time.
  • No custom date range. ClickyPanel refuses custom ranges on Clicky rather than guessing at the window. Today, yesterday, 7 days and 30 days all work.
